Shipping & Returns
Step1 - Schedule delivery appointments will need to be received on scheduled day to avoid storage fees. Storage fees will be applied up to 3 days if unable to reach the customer or deliver within the 3 days, shipping company will be instructed to ship items back to the manufacturer to avoid high storage fees. Customer is responsible for all fees.
Step 2 - Be prepared to receive and unload the freight.

Will you require liftgate service?
Step 3 - Inspect freight for any damages.

Any visible damage? If so you will need to take pictures, document on the proof of delivery form (POD) and contact us.

Any missing items? If so must be notated on the proof of delivery form.

It is very important to take the time to inspect the shipment when it arrives and notate anything that looks irregular. Documenting and taking pictures is very helpful if a claim is to be filed with the carrier for damages or shortages.
Step 4 - No Visible damage. If there is no visible damage it must be notated “SUBJECT TO INSPECTION FOR CONCEALED DAMAGE” on the proof of delivery form.

Residential Curbside Shipping
You have a 24 hour grace period after order is placed to cancel. Any order canceled after the 24 hour grace period will be the customers' responsibilities on fees. (20% restocking fee if items are new in box only Full shipping and return shipping cost)
Any storage fee or missed delivery appointment fee will be billed to the card on file. If the card on file cannot be charged, the customer will be responsible for providing another card within 7 days otherwise it will be turned over to collections.
